We should revisit what happened at this exact location in 1938, which resulted in a pre civil war courthouse being torn down. Let’s not make the same mistake twice!

The Court House is the heartbeat of Gallatin. Why would anyone even think of tearing it down?

The square finally makes a comeback since the Admin bldg. relocated in 1991. Now the proposed departure will have the same effect on small business around the square, not to mention the attorneys that walk across the street to court.

Gallatin is the County Seat. The court house IS Gallatin. It is a stupid death sentence for the square and Gallatin.
